Explaining the True Dynamic DNS server project of DNSserverlist.org
In this project we are experimenting with real time client side, updates of quick response DNS servers.
Simply put, the client installs the project software on a client machine (WINx at this time). The client software every 10 minutes (user adjustable) verifies the resolve times of DNS servers and changes the client DNS servers in order of the fastest DNS servers. The client software reports response times to a central database.
The theoretical benefits are that a client computer will always rollover to the current fastest DNS server, by a voting of fast DNS server response times.
If you are interested in participating in this project please email info@dnserverlist.org your request specifically your desire to use the executable on a beta basis. You will be emailed back a link and inform on downloading and installing the setup package (Standard WIN setup). Participation is free and without any warranty or obligation. We appreciate your help.
If you dont want to provide beta feed back you can download the beta here.
When the project is complete a free public binary will be available at the domain TrueDynamicDNS.org
